Baaaaaddddd day. I thought I was going to see some body comp improvement and I didn’t get none for the last 4 months. Worse then that, I am higher in BF% then I thought I was. Bbbbbaaaaaddddd daaaayyyy!

Well did Alwyn’s NROL4W Stage 1 workout B today. NOT as bad as the A workout for me. Ummm I don’t really like lunges. Did them, had to catch my breath for some though! So simple… so fricken effective!

Thighs -.5
Each thigh -.5
each bicep -.25
