Got the blood test results from the good doctor today.  YAY!  Everything looks great!  I am soooo relieved.  So that adds to the good things that have happened.  I know it has been diet and exercise.  My cholesterol was 160 and HDL 52 which is good for me.  I think the cholesterol can come down [...]
