Shocking Fatloss Tip

Posted by: dajoda on: March 25, 2008

This was really good for me to see.  I have been measuring lot’s of things but weighing them too, but not even with a digital scale, I have a little kitchen scale.  I noticed that my new tracking program wanted weights, well now, I will give it weights.  Dang!

I have been working so DANG hard.  This is another piece of the puzzle and a mystery solved.

Ha that was an awesome video. I am much like the average person…I figured if it fits in the spoon, it counts. I just invested in a Newline digital scale from Amazon and have been weighing everything. I was pleased to find I often overestimate my portions…but I also overfill my measuring spoons.

Beautiful!
I just made myself a PN anytime ‘2 great tastes shake’ with a hearty tablespoon of peanut butter.
Perhaps this is why I’m spinning my wheels in the fat loss dept. Ya think?

G’Mom

I measured my oatmeal this morning and sure enough I was off. This video was kind of liberating wasn’t it!

I’m often skeptical about the way people
measure. I remember someone claiming they
made peanut butter sandwiches with ONE
tablespoon of peanut butter. How the heck do
you do that? That’s barely enough pb to
scrape across a piece of bread, let alone be
able to taste it!

Weighing is scientific and gets consistent results. Right up my anal alley LOL!

Never even crossed my mind – good advice!
