Whoops, I forgot I had a LOG!

I have been under the weather.  I have my new diet from my trainer but I am feeling poorly in the tum tum.  So I eat when ever.  Don’t judge the diet just yet LOL, I haven’t been on it!

Still wiped out tired with acid reflux going on. I hate this stuff. Anyway about 10 hours of sleep today. The only exercise I got was going up and down the basement stairs about 8 times today, hey it’s something.

meal 1
4 eggwhites
1 egg
1/2 c oats dry
1 banana

meal 2
5 teriyaki chicken meatballs
2 c broccoli
1/2 c brown rice cooked

meal 3
6.14 oz lemon chicken
1/2 C brown rice cooked
1 green beans
251 g cantaloupe

meal 4
Pure protein PB bar

1531 cals Needs to go WAY up.

Some news. I had my DH do 7 site calipers. I even took his high numbers and did my own thigh again. Anyway it is about 36% with 159lbs lean. I don’t know if that is right or not! I was about 40% when I started. That is good news to me. But I still take more stock in the measurements. At any rate the trend is DOWN!

Down is good! Re the eats, just do the best you can if you’re tummy is not happy right now, don’t force it, ok?
