Nothing much today, rest.  Feeling a tad better, back zings slowing down yay!
We had a great chinese dinner.  I love Shrimps in Lobster sauce and was elated that I could have that on plan.  I stayed on plan well.
I have to get in more fruits and veggies I think.  I actually have to look, but [...]

I have been under the weather.  I have my new diet from my trainer but I am feeling poorly in the tum tum.  So I eat when ever.  Don’t judge the diet just yet LOL, I haven’t been on it!
Still wiped out tired with acid reflux going on. I hate this stuff. Anyway about 10 [...]
