Today was the dentist.  It wiped me out!  I had to have three shots to even get numbed.  What a pain literally.  I felt terrible all day.  Knees a fraction better.  I am looking into  substitute exercises for the squat and lunges since they bug me big time in the knees.  I want the momentum to keep up!

I finally decided on Crosstrainer 6.  It is not intuitive but I can figure it out.  I love how it has meal planning and weight training abilities and is very extensive in the stats sections.  I like it :).  More hard core then Diet Power.  That is what I need.

So no excuses with the diet now.  No workouts today either.  I just want my knees healed and I don’t want to push it and reinjure myself.  It is hitting me between the eyes I need to stretch.  I SO HATE STRETCHING!  I think it is a boring waste of time.  I will just do it anyway.

What was different though, terribly awesomely different is that when I went to Walmart to pick up some things I just had no desire to eat junk!  I really and truly wanted to eat a modified thing to stay nutritionally sound.  Now mind you, I know I am not there yet eats wise.  I don’t pretend to be.  But I am night and day away from where I was.  I would have normally picked up a candy bar and wolfed it down in the car.  There was a time where I would pick up one everytime I went shopping.  It has been a long time.  I don’t remember when I quit.

So I nixed the chocolate craving with chocolate.  I had some Chocolate chips and some pecans.  It was delish!  It did the job.  I think the cravings and awful feelings are PMS related.  Darn, I never had them before!  I am such a wimp!

Breakfast –  Oats, nonfat milk, vanilla PP, cocoa, almond butter

Lunch – Lean Cuisine Chophouse Steak Flatbread ( I took down the ingredients!  Gonna clone it) Diet Coke

Snack – 1/4C Chocolate Chips, 1/4C Pecans

Snack – Frosted Mini Wheats, nonfat milk ( I am saying to myself, how can I get through this and eat better)

Dinner – Whole Grain Toast, eggs, cheese, butter, nonfat milk, orange

(real  low on veggies today)
